Health Canada has launched the second round of the Emergency Treatment Fund (ETF) Call for Proposals to support municipalities and Indigenous communities in addressing urgent needs related to the substance use and overdose crisis.
The ETF funds culturally relevant, trauma-informed, and evidence-based programs that enhance local capacity. Priority will be given to financially feasible, project-ready initiatives.
