FNHA-Supported Electronic Medical Record (EMR) System Upgrade

In November 2025, FNHA will upgrade the Electronic Medical Record (EMR)​ system. Client care will not be interrupted. After the upgrade, client health records from different FNHA clinics will be combined into one chart. This change will help by:  

• Creating one complete health chart, so clients don’t need to repeat health history
• Making it easier for care teams to work together and support client health
• Improving privacy and security features
• Helping providers give clients safer and better care
