The Community Health Nurse (CHN) is responsible for providing public health and nursing services to the community of Bella Bella while supporting the delivery of community health programs and services.
The Community Health Nurse provides health education, assessments, interventions, and follow-up care while collaborating with nursing staff and other health care providers to support the ongoing health and wellness of the community.
