The renewal of FNHA’s Five-Year Plan provides an opportunity to shape the next five years in our journey.
During the fall of 2020, FNHA hosted sessions and heard feedback on our next Five-Year Plan (2022 – 2027). This spring, our emerging baskets of work will be shared for input through more engagement opportunities.
Even though the province-wide focus groups have concluded, we are still welcoming thoughts and ideas on FNHA’s Five-Year Plan through the following options:
- Self-Serve Online Feedback Platform
- Self-Serve PDF Written Response. Paper packages can be mailed to participants on request by emailing ppqplanning@fnha.ca or phoning 778-887-9357
- Request a focus group session at a Regional or Nation-specific engagement table: please contact the FNHA planning team at ppqplanning@fnha.ca
