Following the publishing of the Together in Wellness 2014-15 Tripartite Committee on First Nations Health Annual Report, a summary poster of some of the innovative work across the province has been created.
The year has involved the refocusing of strategic efforts to prioritize community-centred care, multidisciplinary teams, and a shift to more regionalized service delivery and investment models.
