Brandon’s Message
“I’m keeping well by exercising every day – whether it’s a walk in the park or going to the gym. For me, physical activity keeps me happy while staying safe in isolation.” – Brandon
Brandon Gosnell (Ts’ing Kwiiaas) is a member of Haida and Nisga’a First Nations. During COVID-19, Brandon Gets Fit.
Get Some Fresh Air
Brandon likes to combine physical activity with being in nature. They've been taking walks in the park and hiking in the woods. Just because we need to practice physical distancing doesn’t mean we can’t get fit.

Play Solo Sports
It’s way easier to stay two meters apart outside and there are a ton of sports you can play solo – like basketball and lacrosse (using a wall, of course). Why not use your COVID-19 downtime to train and level up? Brandon has been hitting the gym too, another great solo activity.
