Wound Care AssessmentsIn order to make sure clients can access wound care supplies in a timely manner, Health Benefits is temporarily extending the timeframe of wound care assessments. Wound care assessments are now required every two months, rather than every one month.

Health Benefits is offering greater flexibility in filing ostomy and incontinence supplies. This measure is an effort to support clients who may need a greater supply of ostomy or incontinence supplies at this time, in order to stay isolated or practice social distancing.
