The First Nations Health Authority heard from many Wellness Champions for this year's 30x30 Active Wellness Challenge. Whether you were starting or continuing your wellness journey, kudos to all of you who participated and shared your inspiring stories with us.
These are some of the wellness activities that took place in First Nations communities in BC this year: war canoe race training and journey canoe training, taking the stairs more often, going on walks and hikes, fishing, daily swims and river baths.
