Your health and wellness journey is unique, and that includes how you integrate physical activity into your day-to-day routine. It's important to meet your body where you're at and find daily ways to get your movement in – whether that's playing with your grandchildren, going for a walk with a friend, or doing some movements while in your chair!
Our partners at the Indigenous Sport Physical Activity and Recreation Council (I·SPARC) are pleased to share their brand new FitNation Chair Workout Series! Try these 10 - 20 minute workouts with your Elders' group, as a movement break at your desk, or as part of your physical activity journey. Elder Alex Nelson and FitNation leader Amanda de Faye, guide you through three workout styles sharing wisdom, laughter and movement for all abilities:
